Your health is our priority. So, we are conservative in our use of x-rays. When they are absolutely necessary in order to diagnose your needs, we use digital x-rays, which use up to 50-70% less radiation than traditional x-rays.
Additionally, our 3D x-ray machine allows us to identify unusual growths or tumors that would often go undetected by a normal x-ray. By using Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT), we are able to use an even lower dose of radiation compared to previous models.

What You Can Expect from Your First Appointment at Seaport!
When you make your first appointment with our office, you will be asked to visit our website and fill out our New Patient forms.
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be asked for any insurance, as well as a photo ID. Once all of your information is confirmed, our hygienist will come and get you!
Next, our hygienist will go over your health history, take your blood pressure, and make note of any problems you might be having, record the current health of your gums, and take any x-rays you might need.
